Open a Ticket

There are times when you may need to contact someone for support by opening a ticket. Some common reasons for this might be:

  • In-game issue that requires admin assistance
  • Reporting another player for a rule violation
  • Reporting a bug or exploit
  • Suggesting a new idea, feature, or enhancement

You can open a ticket at any time from our Help Center by clicking the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page. There, you will have the option to email or chat with support.
