Alliant Games offers additional perks that can be purchased to enhance your gaming experience.

VIP Packages

Our VIP packages are shown below and can be purchased at the link above.

You will need to login to the website with your Steam account so that the in-game perks can be awarded to you. You will also be able to link your Discord account to receive your VIP roles in our Discord community.

Add-ons

Our add-ons are shown below and can be purchased at the link above.

Perk Information:

All Origin VIP options, Discord Nitro Boosters and BPack users have access to extra backpack slots. These slots are different from vanilla backpacks and you can gain access to them by clicking the backpack icon to the left of your hotbar. Boosters and BPack users can claim their large backpack in game using the chat command /kit.

All tiers of Origin VIP have access to a purchasable personal recycler. They cost 15k scrap and can be purchased using the chat command /rec. The personal recycler speed boost only applies to the personal recyclers, and does not work on monument recyclers.

Elite, Legend, and Global VIP players have access to buyable mining quarries/pumpjacks. These can be found in game in the shop. Go to /shop , scrap shop, and it will be under the 'other' category.

Why should I buy a Perks Package?

The main reason is to support the Community. The costs of running the server, obtaining new maps & plugins, awarding giveaways, and more all add up significantly and your support helps make sure we can keep running.

What options are available?

We have provided both a monthly recurring subscription option and the option to pay for just one month. Please select the corresponding button (Subscribe or Add to Basket) when checking out.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can find a My Subscriptions link at the top of the Perks Shop or you can log a ticket in the #create-ticket channel in Discord and we can assist you with cancelling.

Can I switch from a subscription to a monthly option?

Yes, the easiest way to do this is to cancel your subscription and wait for it to expire and then purchase the monthly option at that time.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier?

Yes, the easiest way to do this is to wait until your subscription/purchase expires and then purchase the new tier you want at that time. If you don't want to wait, you can open a ticket in the #create-ticket channel in the Discord for assistance.

Can I downgrade to a lower tier?

No, unfortunately there is no way to downgrade your pass. You can buy a lower level once your current pass expires. There are no partial refunds.

Can I purchase Perks for someone else?

Yes, there is an option to gift a perk to someone else in the shop. If you need assistance obtaining their Steam ID, you can open a ticket in the #create-ticket channel in the Discord.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently you can use most major credit cards, PayPal, Crypto, Steam Skins, plus a few other options.

My purchase is being declined, why?

Some banks and cards do not work with the PayNow webstore. We recommend that you try using PayPal if your card is declined. You can try another card, try contacting your bank, or you can contact PayNow directly for more information here: business@paynow.gg

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on purchases, even if you are banned or quit the Community. Please be sure that you want the package before purchasing.

Can I do a chargeback?

Players that file a chargeback on their purchase will be banned from both the Perks Shop and the server. If you have a dispute, please open a ticket in the #create-ticket channel in the Discord for assistance.

Where do I post suggestions for Perks?

Check out our #create-suggestion channel in the Discord for information on making suggestions that the Community can see and vote on.
